Five centers defined: G, Heart, Root, Solar Plexus, Throat — a Split Definition. The G holds direction and identity. The Heart holds willpower, material command, the capacity to make and keep a promise. The Root holds pressure and adrenal drive. The Solar Plexus holds emotional wave and the deep social-tribal intelligence. The Throat speaks. The thirteen tones are a vertical scale of intention; Tone 5 is the gathering point, the midline, the moment the seed has rooted and the form is standing on its own. It is sovereign empowerment — the energy of teaching from one's own embodied center rather than from borrowed authority.
